Robbie Milligan has been involved in property since 1995 and is today one of Perth’s foremost property experts. In 1998 Robbie graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor in Commerce majoring in property valuation. After achieving the status as a Licensed Valuer in 2001 Robbie was selected to lead Megaw & Hogg Valuers as the State Manager at the age of just 29. Despite starting with just 5 Va

luers, within 4 years Robbie was leading a team of 22 Licensed Valuers and had more than doubled annual turnover. This experience provided a strong foundation for when Robbie entered real estate sales and has earned him a reputation for delivering honest and accurate advice as well as outstanding results. Specialising in Perth’s western and coastal suburbs, Robbie prides himself in his communication and negotiation skills, excellent work ethic and sound market knowledge. Robbie is a long term Floreat resident who lives with his lovely wife Sarah who together have welcomed their beautiful daughter Claudia into the world. Robbie is often seen at Perry Lakes (WABC) running the floor for the “Shootin’ Blanks” basketball team and his cries of anguish can often be heard by fellow golfers at the Wembley Golf Course. Robbie has also previously worked in the media and has a reputation for being one of Perth’s most entertaining Master of Ceremonies having interviewed members of the West Coast Eagles and Fremantle Dockers at match day functions. Robbie continues to give back to the community and actively mentors young valuers and real estate agents and has been asked to lecture at Curtin University on property matters.
