Sophie & Luke 🏡✨

These two attended the first home open at this St James villa at the end of March, along with 12 other groups.

Within 24 hours we had 6 offers; Sophie and Luke were lovely to deal with, prompt, and already organised with pre-approval from their bank. They even submitted a cover letter introducing themselves (both physios who had been searching for some time and kept missing out).

The offers were reviewed by the sellers and the good news was relayed to Sophie and Luke straight away. They were even out for dinner celebrating their 8 year anniversary, now one they'll never forget! 🥂

Settlement has now happened and I'm wishing this gorgeous couple a fabulous time ahead creating new memories in their first home and beginning this new chapter together. 🤍
