Welcome to the MOAS trust Community Land Development Group!
This group has been created to brothers and sisters who are interested in building a strong Muslim community through ethical and interest-free land development opportunities.

To establish a vibrant residential community (R15–R25 zoning) built upon Islamic values, featuring:
• A Masjid at the heart of the community
• Islamic schools for our children’s education
• A community centre for social, cultural, and youth programs
• Aged care facilities for our elders
• Job and business opportunities for Muslim professionals and entrepreneurs
