On Tuesday night at the 2025 Excellence Awards, those behind-the-scenes results were recognised in a very public way.

We didn’t set out to be #1.

We set out to prove what’s possible when you care more about people than numbers.

This month, REIWA named us WA’s top office for residential project marketing by value sold.

But this post isn’t about the award.

It’s about the late nights, the “are we doing enough?” doubts, and the clients who trusted us when it mattered most.

If you’re reading this and you’re staring at your own mountain—maybe in property, maybe somewhere else—just know: we’ve been there too. We’ve felt stretched thin, wondered if we’d make it, and questioned if our best was enough.

We’re so humbled and proud of this recognition, but the real victory is what we proved to ourselves:

You don’t have to feel fearless. You just have to keep showing up.

You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to care enough to find them.

You don’t have to be the biggest. You just have to give a damn about the people you serve.
