Start the morning on Currumbin Creek. Paddleboard if you’re feeling energetic or keep it slow with a coffee (and a muffin top) from Tarte Beach House. Winter is a favourite season for many Gold Coast locals.

Titles have now been received, with settlement notices being issued and handovers
scheduled.

The building clean is almost complete, and Ombré is looking exactly as intended – the finishes, the shared spaces, all the details coming together beautifully.
