Back to a manageable paddock!

We knocked down overgrown grass and regrowth to tidy up this 5-acre block, getting it back into shape.

Big effort from the team this week to get this fencing job finished. Concrete sleepers, cattle rail and horse sight wire pulled through rosewood posts — all ready for the horses to enjoy their new space.

A big thanks to Wendy for trusting us with the project. We’re glad we could help turn this into usable land for the horses to run.

Start of something new 👌

New cattle ramp taking shape. Drill stem cut, set and concreted in — solid foundations ready to go.

Next up, getting the ramp and race finished off.

Getting some work done!

Two new panels installed after last weekend’s effort. Now sorting out the new rail holders and shortening the legs on the saw horses.

Next up—finish the other side, cap the posts and swing the gate. It’s starting to come together nicely!

Finally spending some much needed time around home catching up on a few jobs that have been sitting on the to-do list.

Replacing the old wooden ramp Dad built by hand years ago with nothing but a crowbar and shovel. It’s done the job well over the years, but it’s time for an upgrade.

This time we’ll be using drill stem and concrete so we won’t have to worry about it again into the future.

Definitely lucky to have the newer tools and equipment these days — makes the job a lot easier, safer and a whole lot more efficient. **dControl

Machine on site today levelling out some blue metal and tidying up a few gateways.

No more muddy gateways for this client — just cleaner access and a much more usable entrance.

Feedlot upgrade done right

Added new cables and welded cattle rail straight onto the rail line — built solid and made to last. This setup isn’t going anywhere.

Good yards make handling stock easier, safer, and save you time where it matters.

If your setup’s getting tired, it might be time to fix it before it becomes a bigger job.

What would you change on your yards if you could?
