Why I’ll Never Forget This Saturday!

“Success means nothing if your kids don’t understand why you’re sacrificing.”

Every Saturday, I’m inspecting homes for my clients.

I worried my kids would feel like I wasn’t around enough. I told my kids I was sorry we couldn’t spend more weekends together.

Instead, they smiled and said

“Don’t worry, Dad. We’ll come to open homes with you so we can spend time together.”

That was one of the proudest moments of my life. That one sentence made every sacrifice worth it.

I’m building wealth for other families, but moments like this remind me why I’m building it for mine too.

One day they’ll understand that every sacrifice was made to create a better future for them.

As a son to elderly parents, a father of two, and a Buyer’s Agent, I make time to attend auctions and open homes whenever I can.

Why? Because the real market isn’t found in headlines—it’s found on the ground.

Every auction, inspection, and conversation with selling agents gives me valuable insights into buyer demand, pricing trends, and property quality.

Since the Federal Budget changes in May, I noticed fewer people attending open homes. But now, buyer activity is starting to pick up again.

For those saying, “The market is crashing,” ask yourself this:

Housing shortages haven’t disappeared.�Our population is still growing.�People still need somewhere to live.
Australia’s property fundamentals haven’t changed.

Historically, Australian property has delivered around 5–7% average annual growth over the long term. That’s why experienced investors continue buying—even when others are fearful.
