Congratulations to Andrew & Emma, who have just settled on their first investment property.

This very tidy home is a 3 bed, 2 bath, on a large block, situated in a zoning that allows for medium density solutions in time ("Next Gen"), 4-6 doors as the market matures...

Andrew has been looking for months, but was challenged getting options below his target $700K. Within a few weeks, we had multiple options, and this one is wonderful value well under budget, and a very easy renter.
