We recently had the pleasure of attending a City of Port Adelaide Enfield Engine Room event at the Alberton Hotel, led by Jessica Fazackerley from JF Improve Pty Ltd.

The session was interactive, engaging, and a great way to spark conversation and fresh thinking around continuous improvement. Even for a fairly simple business model like Business Hub. Semaphore, it really got us reflecting on how we can keep improving the way we serve our members.

What stood out most was how practical the activities were. Rather than just theory, we were able to test ideas, share perspectives, and learn from one another in real time. It was a reminder that there’s always room to improve, no matter the size or type of business.

This was our first PAE event and it won’t be our last. Thank you to the team for such a valuable and thought-provoking experience!
