Havencrest – Pakenham Update

Exciting progress continues at Havencrest, Pakenham.

The project is now progressing as a 75-lot residential subdivision along with a proposed childcare centre, positioned within one of Melbourne’s fastest growing south-east growth corridors.

With strong population growth and continued infrastructure investment across the Pakenham region, demand for well-located residential land and supporting community services remains strong.
