We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager – Commercial Construction to join our high-performing team and take the lead on projects ranging from $3M to $40M across Victoria.
This is a role for someone who takes ownership, holds the standard and knows how to keep a project moving.
You’ll be responsible for:
→ Programming and keeping subcontractors accountable
→ Site coordination, sequencing and logistics
→ Leading safety and maintaining site standards
→ Quality assurance, inspections and defect management
→ Coordinating shop drawings with consultants
→ Identifying issues before they become problems

Opportunity for Site Manager – Commercial Construction

We’re a high-performing commercial construction business delivering projects from $3M to $40M across Victoria. We’re looking for a Site Manager who takes ownership, holds the standard, and drives projects from the ground up.

What you’ll own:

Programming – Build and maintain realistic programs; keep the project moving and subcontractors accountable
Site Coordination – Run a tight, well-organised site; manage trades, logistics, and sequencing
Safety – Lead safety by example; maintain a compliant, proactive site culture every day
Quality Assurance – Own your inspections and defect management; get it right first time
Shop Drawing Process – Coordinate the review and approval of shop drawings with design consultants
Attention to Detail – Ability to spot issues before they become problems

What we’re looking for:

Proven Site Management experience on commercial builds
Strong communicator with trades, consultants, and the project team
Someone who takes pride in a well-run site
