CoSpaces has announced a major partnership with Invest Gold Coast to deliver the Mayor’s Tech Lunch as the headline event of InvestFest 2025 – a two-day investment festival celebrating entrepreneurship, innovation, and the Gold Coast’s growing reputation as one of Australia’s leading destinations for business and investment.

Hosted at the newly opened Mondrian Hotel in Burleigh Heads, the Mayor’s Innovation Lunch will bring together more than 200 founders, investors, corporate leaders and business owners for an afternoon of conversation, connection, and collaboration.

This year is shaping up as an exciting 12 months for The Precinct as we welcome new tenants, new programs and new management, with CoSpaces taking on the role of ecosystem manager at our Valley innovation hub in coming weeks. 😎

The team behind The Station, Cohort Innovation Space and the Queensland AI Hub , CoSpaces has been as a key player in the Queensland innovation sector for the past 10 years designing and managing leading innovation hubs, startup programs and events.
