Skills and Experience

Proven ability to manage a portfolio of properties and bring new properties to the business
Ability to work within a team of staff and promote a positive team attitude
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
High-level problem solving and dispute resolution ability
Efficient time management and administration skills
Meticulous with great attention to detail
Current driver’s licence and a car is a must
At least 3 years Property Management experience preferred
Property Tree software experience preferable
Responsibilities:

Conduct regular market appraisals and make educated recommendations for rental rates to current and prospective clients
Coordinate incoming and outgoing Routine inspections
Arrange advertising of rental property and tenant selection
Prepare all necessary documentation relating to the leasing of properties, including management tenancy agreements, inspection, and the preparation and lodgement of bond and tribunals documents
Immediate start

Must hold a current drivers license and Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
