Block-out curtains, modern furnishings with timber look vinyl floors, fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine. Lg bathroom with laundry, walk-in shower, floor to ceiling tiling and Samsung Washer/drier. Leather lounge and wall mounted 60" TV in the lounge area and 2nd tv to watch in bed. Studio is located on the ground floor adjoining reception. No private patio or courtyard.
