This gave me much insight & experience as an owner, seller and buyer just like you. I have watched many cycles on Gold Coast but learnt that eventually property is an asset that will continue to rise. From 2001-2004 I had a couple of Management Rights on Gold Coast and from 2003 to 2009 I became a Property Developer starting with a couple of Commercial buildings in Townsville, a Mixed Used development in Redland Bay and 119 high end apartments called "Harmony Broadwater" at Runaway Bay. I was in Malaysia for 10 years primarily to look after my ageing parents and whilst there I consulted to a couple of Malaysian Property Developers on the marketing and advertising of their various projects until returning to Gold Coast early 2022. Upon my return, I started as an RE agent with a very prominent big real estate firm on Gold Coast but only for a short time. I was able to experience and learn from their methods and professionalism but I did not like the way the big boys pressed agents and vendors for listing and quick sales by auctions and after which had little or no service to their clients. I wanted more time and understanding especially with Baby Boomers, Empty Nesters or simply Downsizes that wanted to sell their prized family home and purchase another soon after. We have all realised that buying or selling can be a very stressful time filled with such uncertainty so I decided to start GLEE REALTY to cater for such.
