The Mantaray Club is nearly ready to move.

Its sculptural elliptical roof is complete, curved glazing is installed across both levels, and the wraparound upper terrace has been formed. What's taking shape at the construction site is a two-storey floating waterfront venue, and later this year it will make the journey down the Broadwater to its permanent home at The Mantaray Marina | Residences.

Once connected and commissioned, the Club becomes the centrepiece of the precinct: restaurant and bar across two levels, spaces for private functions, and curved glazing oriented to catch the water on every side.

With the marina open and the residences complete, this forms one of the final pieces to this iconic precinct.
