The Original Owner Developer Accord Pacific Properties have been controlling the Committee and the Members to their own benefit for over 20 years. They block 3 positions on the committee so that with a coalition of Dixon One (a purchaser of a large number of their lots ) Siew Goh, Hoon Keng, Steven Gargano all from Accord and Ho Whyetong will not account for their actions and spend owners money to bring in highly paid lawyers to simply BLOCK anyone questioning their misuse of owners funds.
They even send their own masssive legal bills for the owners to pay. This is all made possible by the support of a CORRUPT Strata Manager Anthony Maroon and Anthony Mirenda who has since resigned in disgrace after being caught out 'doctoring' the election of the committee and caught out paying their false fire alam bills,After Hours Electricty use and more etc
Accord Pacific and there reps have done nothing but brought the the building to its knees.
