Interesting perspective from the Sydney property market.
Many families I speak with aren't saying "no" to buying a home โ they're saying, "We're waiting for certainty."
It's understandable given interest rates, affordability pressures, and economic uncertainty. But one thing I've learned since arriving in Australia is that major life decisions rarely come with complete certainty.
