Some sales are easy. This one meant something more. ❤️
70 days + on market.
Offer after offer around $2.7m.
And a vendor who had a very clear wish price.
I’ll be honest, this was a challenging market and there were moments when it would have been easy to simply say, “Maybe we need to compromise.”
But I believed in this property.
I believed the right buyer would eventually see what I saw in 6 Woodvale Place. The position. The land. The potential. The feel of First Farm Estate.
So we stayed the course.
And finally, the right buyer came along and negotiations were key.
SOLD for $2.9 million. 🎉
For my vendors, it was about achieving a result they genuinely wanted. For me, it was about backing my advice, staying patient and not giving up when the market tested us.
A great reminder that sometimes the best results don’t happen quickly.
They happen when you believe in the property, understand the market and keep working until the right buyer is found, anything is possible.
