What started as a daily drive past the Waterford community on the way to pick up her boys from school, Rosemary has since watched the neighbourhood evolve into such a supportive place to live.

Chisholm Plaza will soon offer Waterford residents a much-anticipated neighbourhood shopping centre, allowing residents to pop down and shop at major retailers Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s and Aldi. 🛍️

The precinct will be more than a standalone shopping centre, boasting over 50 specialty tenancies which increase retail choice, dining selection and essential services for the Waterford community.

We are delighted to see our Illawarra community, Forest Reach, continue to grow.

Since acquiring the community in May 2025, we now have 200 homes under construction, as well several other community amenities including the loop road and Sunnyside Park.

The most important part of the process is also underway - creating the community spirit. Our first event earlier this year was a huge success and is the first of many events specially designed to foster and strengthen this growing community our residents are proud to call home.

Last month we spent a wonderful morning celebrating Settlement Day at our now sold-out Queensland community, Covella.

New residents came together for one of our final Settlement Day events to meet their neighbours, snap photos with their sold signs, and enjoy morning tea as they marked the start of an exciting new chapter in southeast Queensland.

We loved welcoming everyone to the community and can’t wait to watch Covella continue to come to life.
