Last month marked a significant milestone for Vantage Lilywood– the official commencement of construction on the community’s $17 million resort-style clubhouse and amenities. 🏌️🏊‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

A launch event attended by the AVID team and the community’s first residents saw the community come together to celebrate the clubhouse will sit at the heart of our newest over-50s land lease community, offering residents an extensive suite of wellness, recreation and social spaces to connect and unwind.

Vantage Hervey Bay’s recent Jazz and Shiraz evening was a fantastic success with close to 100 residents and locals in attendance. 🎶💃

Homeowners were asked to bring a friend for a night of live jazz, canapes and wine in a relaxed environment to foster community and connection.

Some of our guests enjoyed the experience so much, they decided to join the community, with two houses selling as a result.

Good neighbours make great communities. 🏡

This year’s Neighbour Day brought 350 Covella residents together to celebrate the connections that make our Greenbank, Queensland community so special.

Now that the final homes have been sold and Covella is finally complete, neighbours gathered for a classic AVID Long Table Dinner where they toasted the milestone moment and forged friendships over a shared meal.

Featuring live music from a Covella resident band, Henna artists, face painters, and a vibrant Bollywood dance and drums performance, this community gathering was as unique as it was memorable.

A big thank you to everyone who came along and made this Neighbour Day one to remember.
