MENTAL HEALTH IS A SILENT BUT DEADLY ILLNESS THAT PEOPLE TEND TO IGNORE OR EVEN LAUGHED OFF THEN THE WORST HAPPENS. AS A PERSON WHO HAS EXPERIENCED WHAT IT CAN DO TO PEOPLE AROUND YOU FROM STRANGERS TO LOVED ONES WHO WE HOLD CLOSE. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT WE NOT ONLY FEEL PERSONALLY BUT A GROUP A COMMUNITY THE WORLD.
THIS IS WHY IL BE THROWING THE VEST ON WITH A GROUP BEHIND ME AND HELPING EACH OTHERS GET THROUGH THIS EVENT NOT JUST MENTALLY BUT PHYSICALLY. TO SHOW PEOPLE (YOU ARE NOT ALONE)
