A Day at the Ekka 🎪

A pretty special way to spend one of my first weeks after making the move from NSW to Queensland.

I started the day at the Rural Press Club Queensland breakfast hearing from Terry Nolan, respected Queensland cattle identify. Great to meet some new faces while catching up with familiar ones. Great to catch up with Lucy Kinbacher, doing great things at Queensland Country Life.

The JBS session in the main ring was a hit!

From there, it was over to the LAWD lunch with clients & contacts with plenty of great conversations, industry insights and a chance to discuss all things over a b**r.

Having recently made the move north, it was great to meet some new contacts in the region, to get out on the ground & meet the people who make regional QLD what it is.

A fantastic first taste of the Ekka, well done to the events team for putting on a great show! 150 years & still going strong.

After an incredibly rewarding period in Tamworth & regional NSW, I'm excited to share that I have officially relocated to South East Queensland and am now based from LAWD's Brisbane office, focusing on the Gold Coast Hinterland & Scenic Rim lifestyle property market.

This move is both a professional opportunity and a personal one. Having grown up in regional areas, I've developed a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle, community and unique property offerings that make the Hinterland such a sought-after destination. The combination of acreage living, natural beauty and strong buyer demand creates an exciting market to be part of.

Looking back, I'm incredibly grateful for the clients, colleagues and professional connections who have supported me throughout my time in Tamworth.

I'm excited about what lies ahead and look forward to the opportunity to broaden my experience, connections and becoming part of the local community.
