Why I started R & S Property Co!
After more than 14 years in property management, I reached a point where I knew I wanted to do things a little differently.
I wanted to create a property management business where people actually knew who was looking after their property.
Where landlords weren’t just another number on a rent roll.
Where tenants were treated with respect.
Where communication mattered, the little details mattered, and doing the right thing mattered.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a range of property management roles, including managing large portfolios and leading property management teams. I’ve learnt a lot along the way.... both about what works and what I wanted to do differently.
So, in February 2026, I took the biggest leap of my career and started R & S Property Co.
It was scary, exciting, overwhelming and probably a little bit crazy all at the same time!
But looking back now, I’m so glad I took the chance.
R & S was built around something really simple:
Looking after your property like it matters.... because it does.
I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come already and even more excited about what’s ahead.
A huge thank you to every landlord, tenant, tradie, referral partner, family member, friend and supporter who has backed me and R & S along the way. 🤍
