Project Update: Atkinson Place – Stage 2 Milestone Achieved
We’re proud to share that Stage 2 at Atkinson Place has now completed all physical works on site.
This is a significant milestone for the project and a testament to the hard work, coordination, and commitment of everyone involved. From planning through to delivery, it’s been a strong team effort to bring this stage to life.
We’re now progressing through the audit and completion process, ensuring every detail meets the required standards before final sign-off.
A big thank you to our project team, consultants, contractors, and partners who’ve helped us get to this point.

🚧 Project Update – Crestwood Place, Cranbourne East 🚧
Significant progress on-site at Crestwood Place! The civil contractor has been tracking well, with:
✅ Sewer & Water – 90% complete
✅ Subgrade – 85% complete
✅ Road pavements – set to commence shortly.
We’re also pleased to announce that the Electrical Contract has been awarded, and it is scheduled to commence works before Christmas.
Fantastic effort by all involved in keeping the project moving forward — exciting times ahead as we head toward the next stage of delivery!

Project Update: Nth Qtr Construction Resumes!
We’re excited to share that construction has officially resumed at Nth Qtr, with Montdami mobilising to the site on 20th October 2025, to create the next phase of our estate: the balance of Stage 2 and Stage 3.
The team will now push ahead with the remaining Bulk Earthworks before moving straight into Sewer and Drainage works as the next major phase of the project.

Atkinson Place Civil Works Update
We are excited to share the progress on the civil works for Atkinson Place Stage 1 and 2!
Internal utilities are now complete, including gas, water, sewer, NBN, and stormwater systems.
Roadways are awaiting the final wearing course.
Concrete works are progressing smoothly and on schedule.
Next, we’re focused on completing all our auditing and testing processes while ensuring we meet all required authority compliances to move us closer to completion.
