Ester… Often called “𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙮 𝙀𝙪𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙣” for her sharp eye, high standards and genuine care.

…After years of working with people, I realised that caring, communicating and genuinely showing up are what make the biggest difference. I saw a gap in the short-term rental industry where homeowners often felt like just another number, and I knew there had to be a better way.

So I built Short Term Rental & Airbnb Management from the ground up.

No shortcuts, no safety net. Just a clear vision, a lot of determination, countless late nights, and a genuine belief that if you care enough, people notice.

Today, Coastal Hideaways remains intentionally boutique. Every home is treated as if it were my own, every owner knows exactly who they’re speaking with, and every decision is made with care, transparency and long-term relationships in mind.

This business has grown because incredible homeowners have trusted me with something deeply personal: their homes. For that, I’ll always be grateful.

I’m excited for what’s ahead, but I’ll never lose sight of why Coastal Hideaways began in the first place.

Coastal Hideaways proudly supports — a powerful initiative dedicated to raising awareness around mental health, encouraging open conversations, reminding people they are never alone and much more to save lives.

Being part of this amazing event full of deeply touching stories meant a lot to us. But for me personally, it carried a much deeper meaning than that.

It has been exactly three years since our beautiful little Henry was taken to the heavens far too soon. 🌈🌈🌈 and the SHAKA was his symbol too — a sign of connection, love, and strength. 🤙

So attending this event wasn’t just about supporting an incredible movement (which we wholeheartedly do). It was also about honouring Henry. His light, his story, and the love he continues to hold around his loved ones.

Throughout the entire evening, he was in my heart. 🤍🌈

I would like to acknowledge his incredible mum and his gorgeous sisters 🤍 …your strength, your love, and the way you continue to carry him forward is something truly powerful. He is always with you. 🌈🌈🌈

Moments like this remind us how important it is to stay connected, to check in, and to be there for each other — always. 💫 I would like to encourage everyone to reach out today to someone you haven’t spoken to in a while — check in, you never know what someone might be going through. 🤙
