This one means a little more to me.
Congratulations to Chalitha & Nuwani on securing their first investment property!
Chalitha and I have known each other for many years. We knew each other back when we were both starting from nothing, with nothing more than big dreams and the determination to build something for ourselves.
Today, seeing him become a successful businessman, building a beautiful life with Nuwani and their family, and now taking another step forward with their first investment property makes me genuinely proud.
At the same time, I’m building my own journey in real estate, so being the agent who gets to hand one of my best friends the keys to this next chapter is something pretty special.
Life has changed a lot over the years, and moments like this make you stop and appreciate how far we’ve come.
I’m also incredibly grateful to my vendor for trusting me with the sale, and I’m so happy we were able to achieve a great result for everyone involved.
Thank you both for trusting me, and congratulations again. Here’s to many more properties, bigger dreams and many more years of friendship.
