15 years in real estate taught me a lot.

I learned every agent's preferences. I picked up the phone on weekends. I turned jobs around fast because I knew what a listing going live meant to a vendor. I treated every property like my own name was on it - because it was.

I also learned that loyalty in this industry is a one-way street. That the people who smile at you, shake your hand, and tell you you're the best will replace you without a conversation and look the other way when they see you in town.

To the agents who did the right thing, who picked up the phone, who treated their vendors and suppliers like people - you know who you are and I respect you more than you know.

To the ones who didn't - you know who you are too. And so does the REIV now. 15 years of material, all of it. The things I've seen, the things I've been told, the things that were hidden in plain sight - they have it all. Every last bit of it.

The reputation some of you have built for yourselves is exactly the one you deserve. And it's catching up.

Platinum Media is closing its doors. I'm proud of every frame I shot and every client I showed up for. That won't change.

Thanks to everyone who trusted me with their biggest asset. It was a privilege.
