I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone for the overwhelming kindness and support over the past few days. I have read all of your messages and comments, and I’m honestly so touched by the generosity people have shown me both at the conference and afterwards online.

The entire experience has felt incredibly surreal. I still find it hard to comprehend that something I dreamed about for so long became a reality. To think that a young girl from Canberra with a big dream could one day stand in rooms like these and connect with so many remarkable people is something I will never take for granted.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who stopped to speak to me, shared kind words, offered encouragement, or simply took the time to reach out. Your support has meant more to me than I could ever properly put into words. 💛

On Tuesday me and part of the team from Ray white upper north shore and northern beaches took part in STRYDE 4 DAY! I a great initiate where over 35 business
came together to show support, raise awareness and make an impact in our community sponsoring 6 different charities where 100% of the proceeds are given back to those who need it most!
The day consisted of fun activations like ice baths paced out over an 8km coastal walk, it was a great opportunity to realise how fourtunate we truly are, clock some quality team bonding and spark a thoughtful conversation along the way! 🏃‍♂️👟

Taking a moment to thank and the rest of the Ray White Corporate team for the beautiful flowers.

I feel incredibly grateful to contribute to the recruitment and retention program *Scale*, created and led by Bridgette. Everything I know about recruitment, I genuinely learnt firsthand from her. In my opinion, she’s a true thought leader and innovator in this space.

Being invited back to speak on the panel feels like such a full circle moment. From the day I met Bridgette, I knew she was someone I would always look up to and be inspired by.

And now, to have the opportunity to echo her teachings so others can benefit from what I’ve learned is an incredible privilege

Recently I had the privilege of featuring as a guest speaker on ‘ Real Estate Gym.

This was a real full circle moment for me. I remember being an associate listening to the Gym while out letterbox dropping, sitting in meetings watching Tom’s training videos and trying to improve my skills and knowledge as an agent.

To now be speaking on that same platform and sharing what I’ve learned about team structure and overcoming prospecting hesitancy with so many people who were once in the same position I was is truly a career bucket list moment.

Grateful for the opportunity and for the lessons that got me here.

Last night I had the honour of attending the REB Awards as a finalist alongside the remarkable .sasha_debilde
To have our senior leadership team there supporting us was truly a career high for me — a moment I’ll never forget.
I want to acknowledge the two people who have shaped me most in getting to this point.
— you’ve lifted me at my lowest, celebrated me at my highest, and always led with integrity. You’ve not only taught me how to be a manager, but how to be human. I am endlessly grateful for your guidance, patience and example.
— you gave me the courage to follow my dreams and believe that anything is possible. Through your coaching in real estate and in mindset, you’ve taught me to trust myself and think bigger than I ever thought I could.
Both of you have believed in me more than I believed in myself. It is because of you that I’ve been able to pave something that has never been done. uppernorthshore & spent the day at our kickstart event learning from the top of the industry refining how we manage energy, elevate customer experience, and operate at the highest level.
It was incredibly valuable for our team to learn from top 1% sales trainer as real estate professionals and equally valuable for me to learn more about the art of delivery: how to run informative, engaging and dynamic sessions that truly land.
