🐰🌷 As we approach the Easter Break, we're also nearing the end of March and with it, the expiration of a couple of important policies.

📅 After March 31st, many lenders, won't be able to accept 2022 tax returns for servicing anymore.

💼 With businesses starting to file their 2023 returns, we're noticing an uptick in inquiries for Tax Debt Consolidation. The ATO is taking a stricter stance, with up to 150,000 small businesses in Australia facing potential credit reporting due to tax debts totaling up to $50B before June 30th.

💰 We can assist in keeping your cash flow healthy, relieving ATO pressure, and freeing up your business's finances. We offer solutions for current and past tax debts.

🔍 Scenario:
Applicants had a significant tax debt from previous years, now due for payment after extensions granted during COVID.

They had a tight 4-week deadline to settle the debt or face aggressive repayment plans affecting their cash flow.

🚨 Issues:
ATO debt wasn't from the current year, posing challenges with lenders unwilling to cover it. The debt consolidation amounted to over $450,000.

✅ Solution:
With an LVR of 70%, we secured a rate of 7.64% with a 0.50% risk fee.

📈 Result:
The new loan injected over $18,000 of cash flow back into their business, allowing them to manage repayments over a more flexible term compared to higher-rate, shorter-term options.

📅 Deal Timeline:
Submitted last Monday and was unconditional by Wednesday, thanks to the broker's initiative in securing a free upfront valuation!
