Hi everyone, I’m David Jones.
I’ve lived in the 4208 area for around 25 years now, and some of you may know me already — others probably won’t.
I’ve worked in real estate in and around this area, on and off, for more than 20 years, and over that time I’ve seen a lot change. I’ve also seen what can happen behind the scenes when people sell a home — the things sellers are often never told, the decisions that can cost them money, and the questions they sometimes don’t know they should be asking.
I read the local community posts too, and I see the questions, frustrations and experiences people share about selling property.
So, over the past year, I decided to do something about it.
I’ve written a book called Home Sellers Survival Guide.
It started out at close to 1,500 pages before I condensed it down to just over 750 pages of practical information, research and more than two decades of experience.
This isn’t simply a book about choosing an agent or getting your house ready for sale. It’s designed to help homeowners understand the whole selling process, know what questions to ask, recognise potential problems and make better-informed decisions before they sign anything.
Whether you ever use me or our agency is completely beside the point.
