We are very proud of the house we have just completed for our valued clients, Martyn and Alison.
This house backs onto Star Swamp in North Beach which has a BAL (Bushfire Attack Level) Rating of FZ (Flame Zone). Lots of research and planning was needed to ensure we met all the special requirements. The elevation facing the Swamp required Fire Shutters over the windows. These were sourced from Ballarat Victoria.

Hi All

I am writing to ask for help to raise money for a very special young man who has cancer. Kristian is 16 years old and has been a very close personal friend of mine for the last 5 years. I have been his Junior AFL football coach during this time. He was a very promising footy player whose football career was cut short when diagnosed with Stage 4 Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare muscle cancer.
Kristian has been in and out of hospital for the last 16 months on a very high chemo dose program. After this programme was completed there was some light at the end of the tunnel for Kristian and he was looking fantastic He could not play football so he helped me (at the Whitford Junior Football Club) as an Accredited Coach. I believe he is one of the youngest coaches to be accredited at the age of 16.
Not that long-ago Kristian went in for his 3 monthly scans and they weren’t the results that everyone wanted. The cancer had returned and more. The Doctors have said that another round of Chemo would more lively be unsuccessful.
Kristian and his parents, Colin and Tina, refuse to give up and want to explore all avenues to get Kristian better. On Monday 5th August, 2019 they flew to Thailand for alternative treatment. The cost of this treatment for 3 months is over $300,000.

We are doing an extension/ renovation to a house in City Beach. At our site meeting today we had to improvise for a bench top as the strip out has been done!
