It was an expensive property back then.

As of today, 1st August 2025, new Property Disclosure Laws come into place. Any contracts signed as of today MUST have a Form 2 Disclosure statement completed by the sellers.
We're prepared, having undergone training with the REIQ (plus have the necessary resources on hand to guide our sellers), so no need to stress on what this will mean for you when selling with MCRE.
