+ LABOURER - CONSTRUCTION (CONTRACT or CAUSAL - no experience necessary).

HANDYMAN POSITION:

OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORT.
OH&S GENERAL INDUCTION (WHITECARD)
INSURANCES (CONTRACT APPLICANTS ONLY)
ABILITY TO WORK 5 DAYS A WEEK, PLUS SOME WEEKEND WORK (We try to avoid most weekends, but when it is needed, to make up time, it is not unusual to work 10 + days straight after rain, but we play fair and pay fair).
ABILITY TO READ PLANS AND COMMUNICATE VIA EMAIL.
EXTREME ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
I want a person who will not leave a job site until their work is perfect and they would not be happy any other way. No "That'll do's" and no excuses for substandard workmanship or not coming to work. We don't match others workmanship, we exceed it. No exceptions.
We (primarily) work 1 Job at a time, start to finish. It will be essential that if you are contracted to do the work, that it is performed on consecutive days (excl Sat / Sun) until completion. No exceptions.... I dont get paid until the jobs are completed, so please dont apply if your life circumstances will not allow you to work as needed to complete work in a timely manner.
If you get caught out on your weekend Cashie, and need another day to finish it off because Old Deliliahs new cat nursery does not yet have the kibble feeder installed...

We don't pay people to delay our Business Income. (my wages).
Yeah, we might have had some trouble with people around these issues before... But never again.
The work is always scheduled in advance, so you will know what has to happen.
We will not send you to a job that you are not comfortable with. I have people that are experienced in various fields, so we can feed you the work to keep you doing what you like most.... well, for a bit of the time anyway :)
Hours offered are currently casual, with paid trial days available this week.

Currently seeking some fu**er that just wants to go to work.... and actually work. You will play a key role on our jobsites, and your actions will affect the productivity and income of others.
You will need to have your head screwed on, and be conscientious at all times.
I am not really a prick, as I may sound above. Just very over people that are hopeless.... Just come to work, work, have a laugh, pay attention, make some cool s**t and go home. Thats what I t do, and I love my work.
Must Have:
Whitecard
Ability to perform Heavy, repetitive work. (we do light stuff too;)
Ability to arrange own transport to / from site (I can provide limited transport - see below).
Insurances (Contract only).
If you live around Warners Bay, Eleebana, Mount Hutton areas, I can provide lifts to / from site for the labouring position if required, but only for 7-8am start to 4-5pm finish, and you may end up in a passengers seat, unpaid whilst I pick up things on the way to / from site. A fair trade I think).
I can offer this position to someone who needs certain times / hours for personal / family reasons (EG: Parent who needs to get kids to / from school, people studying etc). But can not provide transport for late starts / early finish et.
