Just dawned on me that I didn’t post any photos from one of my favourite annual get togethers…..the always fabulous McAdam Siemon’s lunch. Obviously a massive thank you to Sam Hodgetts who does an amazing job for the MR industry and who tolerates my incessant calls every day, but also to Rob, Rocky and Meredith. I genuinely love these lunches….pure class from a classy team. X###x

The deal sees the 317-key short-let complex change hands from Collective Hotel Management to a private syndicate for a sum north of $10 million.
