ResortBrokers is delighted to have settled one of Brisbane’s largest ever management rights transactions with the sale of Gabba Central Apartments in inner-city Brisbane. The deal sees the 317-key short-let complex change hands from Collective Hotel Management to a private syndicate for a sum north of $10 million.

This was an off-market deal, which underscores the importance of serving your client by having sophisticated buyer networks and knowing your buyers’ individual investment profiles to match up businesses that may interest them.

Our long-time Senior Broker Todd Warner has settled one of the biggest management rights deals on the Gold Coast with the sale of the Burleigh Mediterranean Resort to Ultiqa Hotels & Resorts. The rights to the 110-unit luxury resort was the fifth largest sale of a Gold Coast management rights business and one of the largest that was not purchased off-the-plan.
