Sometimes the biggest costs come from poor timing and reactive decisions.

Lease renewals are the perfect time to plan ahead for potential vacancies. When reviewed early, we have more time to discuss options, market the property properly, and reduce downtime between tenancies.

In a break lease, up to 4 weeks rent may be recoverable if there are genuine attempts to re-let the property — another reason it pays to act quickly.

Choosing the right tenant matters too. With legislation changing, it’s more important than ever to lease carefully from the beginning. The right questions, strong presentation, correct marketing strategy and well-timed opens can make all the difference.
