Before Zaria City, This Was Just a Jungle After Dark
For many longtime residents of Chalabon, the transformation has been nothing short of remarkable.
One resident, born and raised in the area, recalls selling 3 katha of land for just BDT 1.5 lakh nearly eighteen years ago. By 2020, that same plot was valued at around BDT 90 lakh.
