1. Sales Manager
Experience: 8–10 Years
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the sales team
* Set and achieve monthly & yearly sales targets
* Develop strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
* Handle key clients and support the team in closing deals
* Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
* Build strong client and business relationships
* Coordinate with marketing and other teams
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
* 8–10 years of experience in real estate sales
* Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Good knowledge of the local real estate market
* Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
2. Senior Sales Executive
Experience: 5–7 Years
Responsibilities
* Handle leads, client calls, meetings & follow-ups
* Present projects and guide clients through the sales process
* Arrange and conduct site visits
* Negotiate with clients and close sales
* Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets
* Maintain records of leads, follow-ups & sales activities
* Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth client experience
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
* 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales
* Strong communication & negotiation skills
* Target-oriented and self-motivated
* Good client-handling and follow-up skills
* Knowledge of the local real estate market
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
