Post: Project/Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise all construction activities at the project site to ensure timely ex*****on as per approved design and specifications.
- Execute and monitor full project works — pile, basement, superstructure, sanitary, plumbing, electrical, and finishing.
- Check quality of materials, workmanship, and ensure adherence to design standards.
- Manage and mobilize skilled manpower efficiently.
- Maintain site safety, security, and cleanliness.
- Control material usage and minimize wastage through proper supervision.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and local by-laws.
- Prepare BOQ, maintain documentation, and resolve site-related technical or managerial issues.
- Coordinate procurement, labor management, and overall site operations effectively.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Nature & Location
Full-time (On-site) – Bashundhara Residential Area, Dhaka

Requirements
Education: B.Sc in Civil Engineering
Skills: AutoCAD, ETABS, MS Project, Project Management, Site Supervision, Contractor Management

Experience
4–6 years of experience in Real Estate or Engineering Firms

Be part of our growing architectural and design team. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to assist in designing modern residential projects in prime locations.

Job Responsibilities
* Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings in coordination with the design team.
* Create photo-realistic 3D visualizations and presentation drawings for both interior and exterior designs.
* Prepare RAJUK submission drawings and assist in approval processes.
* Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and landscape teams to ensure design integration.
* Conduct site visits to verify construction progress aligns with design intent.
* Participate in client meetings and incorporate feedback into design development.
* Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation systematically.
* Assist senior architects and management with any additional tasks or design studies as required.

Job Nature & Location
Full-time (Office & Site-based)

Requirements
* Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed IAB accredited university
* Software Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino, Lumion/ V-ray, Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office

* Additional Skills: Strong sense of aesthetics, design detailing, 3D visualization, and presentation ability

Experience
* 1–3 years of professional experience in architectural design or real estate firm
* Fresh graduates with strong design portfolios are also encouraged to apply
