General Badrul Millat (retired), its engineering, and technical management are looked after by highly qualified and experienced civil engineers, and each project is supervised for full time by dedicated site managers and other staffs. Civil engineers and architects from BUET- design for aesthesis and safety features. They also work as our consultants. Some of our specialties are.
* Construction materials and the concrete mixtures used at
each level of work is tested from the laboratories at Housing
and Building Research Institute (HBRI)/MIST/CUET.
* We provide Korean elevator and Perkins (UK) generators
and Substations of required KVA in each project.
* All sanitary, electrical fittings (with 5 years warranty), doors
(veneered flush), tiles (32”x32” double layered mirror polished),
best quality Thai fittings with smooth movement and sturdy locks
etc. are provided.
* To eliminate heat, 7” extra layer of Poly concrete is applied
on the roof top and hollow bricks on the western wall. The name itself of the company (Xen, where ‘X’ stands for Exclusive and ‘En’ for Engineering) implies that some quality engineering and construction work is going on here at Xen!
