Gulshaaaaaan here we come...our first project in the posh area of the town and hopefully beginning of many more....

Here’s a glimpse of our ongoing bedroom interior project in Gulshan.

The client’s son lives abroad, and the brief was pretty straightforward story—the room needed to feel luxurious, modern and black.

The design is currently underway, with construction work starting soon...

'পুরান ঢাকার অলিগলিতে ইমারতের গল্প'
পুরান ঢাকার সৌন্দর্যটা একটু অন্যরকম, স্মৃতি আর স্থাপত্যে গড়া। পথে হাঁটতে হাঁটতে মনে হয়, পুরোনো ইমারতগুলো বয়সের ভারে নুয়ে পড়েছে কিন্তু তাদের গল্পগুলো আজও রয়ে গেছে। মনে হলো, শহরটা আসলে জীবন্ত।

Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ Mubarak.

Some cities call the soul. Madinah is one of them. Perhaps that is why, even from thousands of miles away, a glimpse of Madinah can make the heart feel strangely at home.

On this blessed occasion, as we celebrate the birth and remember the beautiful life, mercy and teachings of the Prophet ﷺ, perhaps every story of Madinah feels a little closer to the heart.

Maybe one day…
We will see Madinah not through a screen, but with our own eyes — and stand before the Prophet’s Mosque ﷺ. To the city where the footsteps of the Prophet ﷺ once walked, and where every quiet moment seems to whisper his name. Until then, let the longing remain a beautiful prayer. May Allah invite every heart that longs for Madinah.

Some buildings can make you pause. Good design has a way of getting noticed.

It was simply a random click from our editor—a structure that caught an architect's eye and couldn't be allowed to pass without a frame. We don't know the story behind this building. Sometimes, a thoughtful composition or a simple detail is all it takes to make a building stand out.

So, this one is just an appreciation for the creative minds behind the design.

156th ANGAN Lecture “An Architecture for All” by BRAC University

Yesterday, one of our team members stepped into BRAC University for an evening with Architect Shamsul Wares Sir. Somewhere between his words, the works he shared, and the thoughts behind them, there was a story worth carrying back with us. We are truly fortunate to be a generation that gets to witness Wares Sir, a living legend of our architecture in person.

The evening also brought us closer to the works and models of the students at “In-house,” the Architecture and Design Exhibition organized by BRAC University’s Department of Architecture as part of its 25th anniversary celebration. A good evening, indeed.

Our youngest architect Mr, Pitush woke up with a very different plan for the day. While the rest of us were getting ready for meetings and deadlines, someone had already decided that today deserved a little paws (pause).
Some people call it taking a break. Around this studio, we simply call it "creative research." The funniest part of the story isn't the day off itself—it's that nobody remembers approving the leave in the first place. But then again, who says no to the tiny architect in the studio?

Even creativity needs a moment to recharge. Don't worry though... tomorrow our youngest architect will be back to inspecting the entire studio like the boss.
