Unimark Group, is proud to announce the joining of Salman Kabir as the new Managing Director. Salman Kabir brings extensive experience to his role, having demonstrated strong leadership and business acumen throughout his professional career.
He has a diversified career spanning hospitality and service-oriented enterprises, including work experience abroad. His professional journey reflects a strong focus on customer experience and long-term value creation.
Building on this foundation, Salman Kabir gradually expanded his scope into strategic management and investment-driven businesses, where he contributed to organizational growth, and business expansion initiatives. Transitioning into the real estate sector, Salman Kabir became actively involved through family ties in Unimark Group in land development, asset management, and large-scale project oversight for quite some time now as the group’s silent advisor. However, with this new role, Salman Kabir will now lead the group’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and new growth initiatives across its business portfolio.
This leadership development marks a significant milestone in the Unimark’s commitment to its existing loyal clientele as well as strengthening market position and driving new customer acquisition for its three land development projects namely – Swapnoneer SMART CITY in Purbachal, ECO CITY in Bhulta Gausia and UNIQUE CITY in Mawa.
