**Protecting Your Roof, Improving Your Comfort.**

Azraq Holdings Ltd. is carrying out professional **roof heatproofing and waterproofing work** at **House #14/21, Mirpur-12**, using a complete surface preparation and multi-layer protective coating system designed to reduce heat absorption, improve indoor comfort, and provide long-lasting protection against water pe*******on.

**Work Procedure:**
• Surface chipping and thorough rooftop cleaning
• Surface leveling using grading machine, diamond blade, and slab cutter
• Washing and sweeping with wire brush and blower machine
• Natural roof drying; drying machine used when required
• Crack treatment using **VT-620**

**Rooftop – 6-Layer Waterproofing Coating System:**
1. Bonding Agent – SBR Latex with Cement
2. SBR Latex + Tile Adhesive/Cement + Local Sand
3. SBR Latex + Tile Adhesive/Cement + Local Sand
4. VT-442/460 Protective Coating
5. VT-410 Acrylic Elastomeric Coating
6. VT-410 Acrylic Elastomeric Final Coating

**Parapet Wall – 3-Layer Waterproofing System:**
1. VT-442/460 Protective Coating
2. VT-410 Acrylic Elastomeric Coating
3. VT-410 Acrylic Elastomeric Final Coating

Every layer is applied with proper surface preparation and professional workmanship to ensure **better thermal performance, effective waterproof protection, improved durability, and a cooler indoor environment.**
