The event served as an exceptional opportunity to foster innovation, strengthen industry-academia collaboration, and encourage the next generation of civil engineers to think beyond conventional boundaries.

A key highlight of the program was the insightful session delivered by our Chairman & CEO, Mr. G.M. Zahirul Islam. In his address, he shared valuable perspectives on the Land Sharing System and explained how this innovative development model contributes to modern urban planning and sustainable building construction. His practical insights and real-life industry experiences provided students with a deeper understanding of the real estate sector and its future.The Father of Architecture. DR. M. SHAMIM Z. Victory Ideal Real Estate Ltd. was honored to collaborate with United International University (UIU) & UIU Association of Civil Engineering Students in facilitating an educational field visit to our prestigious projects, Victory Arshinagar in Dokking Banassre and Victory Tulip Garden in Aftabnagar.

The visit provided students with valuable exposure to real-world real estate development practices, project planning, infrastructure, and sustainable community development. We were pleased to share industry insights and practical knowledge that complement their academic learning and professional growth.
