Alhamdulillah, the construction work of BHL’s 2nd mega project, a modern G+8 building, has officially commenced today. Following the design handover, the groundbreaking ceremony was inaugurated by the honorable Navy Commander Tarik Bin Akram and Managing Director of BBCON Housing Ltd ( BHL) D H Shamim,by laying the first cut on the site.

During the inauguration, MD of BHL Mr Shamim assured that the project will be completed within a short timeframe while maintaining the highest standards of design, quality, and construction excellence. He also emphasized that BHL remains committed to fulfilling the trust and expectations of its valued clients through every new venture.

With a perfect blend of vision, trust, and modern architecture, this upcoming project is expected to become a landmark and a premium addition to the Savar DOHS area.Ameen

আলহামদুলিল্লাহ, আজ থেকে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে যাত্রা শুরু করলো BHL-এর দ্বিতীয় মেগা প্রজেক্টের G+8 ভবনের নির্মাণকাজ। অত্যন্ত সুন্দর ও সুশৃঙ্খল পরিবেশে ডিজাইন হ্যান্ডওভার সম্পন্নের পর মাটিতে প্রথম কোপ দিয়ে কাজের শুভ উদ্বোধন করেন নেভি কমান্ডার তারিক বিন আকরাম এবং বি এইচ এল এর ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ডি এইচ শামীম।

উদ্বোধনী বক্তব্যে বি এইচ এল এর ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ডি এইচ শামীম বলেন, আধুনিক নকশা, মানসম্মত নির্মাণ ও সময়ের প্রতি সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিয়ে খুব দ্রুত সময়ের মধ্যেই প্রকল্পের কাজ সম্পন্ন করা হবে, ইনশাআল্লাহ। তিনি আরও জানান, গ্রাহকদের আস্থা ও প্রত্যাশাকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিয়েই BHL এগিয়ে যাচ্ছে প্রতিটি নতুন উদ্যোগে।

স্বপ্ন, আস্থা ও আধুনিকতার সমন্বয়ে BHL-এর এই নতুন প্রকল্প ভবিষ্যতে Savar DOHS এলাকায় একটি দৃষ্টিনন্দন, আধুনিক ও মানসম্মত স্থাপনা হিসেবে গড়ে উঠবে বলে আশাবাদ ব্যক্ত করেন সংশ্লিষ্টরা।আমিন।

কর্নেল বাবর এবং কর্নেল তৌফিক সাহেব কে সঙ্গে নিয়ে BBCON HOUSING LTD এর ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ডি এইচ শামীম BBCON HOUSING LTD (BHL) এর প্রথম প্রজেক্টের কাজের উদ্বোধন করেন। কোদাল দিয়ে মাটিতে প্রথম কোপ দিয়ে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে কাজের সূচনা করেন। এরপর একটি দোয়ার আয়োজন করা হয়, যেখানে সবাই মিলে প্রজেক্টের সফলতা কামনা করা হয়।

যদিও আমাদের soil test report-এ piling-এর প্রয়োজনীয়তা উল্লেখ ছিল না, তবুও ভবনের নিরাপত্তা ও স্থায়িত্ব আরও বাড়ানোর জন্য আমরা অতিরিক্ত সতর্কতা হিসেবে piling করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছি। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, এই অতিরিক্ত উদ্যোগ ভবিষ্যতে ভবনটিকে আরও মজবুত ও নির্ভরযোগ্য করে তুলবে।

এই প্রজেক্টটি আমাদের সবার সম্মিলিত প্রচেষ্টা, এবং শুরু থেকেই আমরা গুণগত মান ও নিরাপত্তাকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিচ্ছি। আশা করছি, সবার দোয়া ও সহযোগিতায় আমরা সফলভাবে কাজটি সম্পন্ন করতে পারব।

Accompanied by Colonel Babar and Colonel Toufiq, the Managing Director of BBCON HOUSING LTD, D. H. Shamim, officially inaugurated the first project of BBCON HOUSING LTD (BHL). The formal commencement of the work took place with the traditional first spade strike on the ground. This was followed by a prayer session where everyone joined together to seek success for the project.

Although our soil test report did not indicate the necessity of piling, we have decided to proceed with piling as an added precaution to enhance the building’s safety and long-term stability. We believe this step will make the structure stronger and more reliable in the future.

This project reflects a collective effort from all of us. From the very beginning, we have been prioritizing quality and safety. We seek everyone’s prayers and support for the successful completion of this project.
