We decided to sell an apartment in Bulgaria.

It is near Sunny Beach, in a complex where you can live all year round.
The complex has five swimming pools, a football field, a tennis court, a children's playground,
a shop and a restaurant with a bar open for the summer season.
Parking right in front of the house, the complex is guarded all year round.

The apartment was renovated in 2025 and everything is new and is therefore fully functional.
We bought and renovated it for ourselves for the purpose of renting, but we will be moving for family reasons.
Everything is as in the photos, all documents for the apartment are clean and valid, no debts.

Transcription is also possible remotely, we have a great notary who will arrange everything and we will personally supervise it.

So you can just fly in and enjoy the summer by the sea.

🏛️ BUZLUDZHA – The Strangest (and Most Epic) Monument in Bulgaria 🚀

In the mood for some urbex, Cold War history, and sci-fi vibes all in one place?
Then it's time to discover Buzludzha – the abandoned communist monument perched high in the mountains, looking like something straight out of a dystopian movie.

🔹 What is Buzludzha, exactly?

Built in 1981 to commemorate the founding of the Bulgarian Communist Party, Buzludzha was meant to be a symbol of socialist triumph.
After the regime collapsed in the 1990s, the monument was abandoned – and now stands as a massive UFO-shaped concrete structure, surrounded by wind, clouds, and mystery…

👁️‍🗨️ Iconic design – The building resembles a flying saucer, but was actually designed by Bulgarian architects as a “temple for the people.” Inside were mosaics, symbols, a grand hall – today, only haunting remnants remain.

⛰️ Epic location – Situated at the top of Buzludzha Peak (1,432 m), the monument offers panoramic views of the Balkan Mountains. The drive up is part of the adventure.

📸 A dream for photographers – Whether you’re into abandoned places, brutalist architecture, or surreal landscapes, Buzludzha is a visual feast. Even from the outside, the monument is mind-blowing.
