Apartmán má novou podlahu s podlahovým topením, takže je pohodlný v každém ročním období. ❄️☀️

Apartmán má 58 m² a byl kompletně zrekonstruován v roce 2024. K dispozici je nová kuchyň a moderní koupelna. ✅

Komplex nabízí pět bazénů, sportovní zařízení, restauraci a obchod během letní sezóny. Parkování je přímo před budovou a komplex je hlídaný po celý rok 🛡️

Všechny dokumenty jsou čisté a platné 📑✔️, bez dluhů. Možný je i vzdálený nákup, vše můžeme zařídit s důvěryhodným notářem a osobně dohlížet na celý proces 🤝

Stačí přijet a užívat si života u moře!

Rozhodli jsme se prodat apartmán v Bulharsku.
Nachází se nedaleko Slunečné pobřeží, v komplexu vhodném k celoročnímu bydlení.

· dětské hřiště
· obchod
· restauraci s barem (otevřenou během letní sezóny)

Parkování je přímo před domem a celý areál je celoročně hlídaný.
Apartmán prošel v roce 2025 kompletní rekonstrukcí – vše je nové a plně funkční. Kupovali a rekonstruovali jsme ho pro sebe za účelem pronájmu, ale z rodinných důvodů se budeme stěhovat.

Vše odpovídá fotografiím. Veškeré dokumenty k bytu jsou v pořádku, bez dluhů či právních závazků.

Přepis je možný i na dálku spolupracujeme se spolehlivým notářem, který vše zařídí, a celý proces osobně dohlédneme.

Stačí přiletět a užívat si léto u moře ☀️

So you can just fly in and enjoy the summer by the sea.
