❗---------- FOR SALE----------❗
We decided to sell an apartment in Bulgaria.

It is near Sunny Beach, in a complex where you can live all year round.
The complex has five swimming pools, a football field, a tennis court, a children's playground,
a shop and a restaurant with a bar open for the summer season.
Parking right in front of the house, the complex is guarded all year round.

The apartment was renovated in 2025 and everything is new and is therefore fully functional.
We bought and renovated it for ourselves for the purpose of renting, but we will be moving for family reasons.
Everything is as in the photos, all documents for the apartment are clean and valid, no debts.

Transcription is also possible remotely, we have a great notary who will arrange everything and we will personally supervise it.

So you can just fly in and enjoy the summer by the sea.

Contact me if you need more informations.πŸ˜‰

πŸ›οΈ BUZLUDZHA – The Strangest (and Most Epic) Monument in Bulgaria πŸš€

In the mood for some urbex, Cold War history, and sci-fi vibes all in one place?
Then it's time to discover Buzludzha – the abandoned communist monument perched high in the mountains, looking like something straight out of a dystopian movie.

πŸ”Ή What is Buzludzha, exactly?

Built in 1981 to commemorate the founding of the Bulgarian Communist Party, Buzludzha was meant to be a symbol of socialist triumph.
After the regime collapsed in the 1990s, the monument was abandoned – and now stands as a massive UFO-shaped concrete structure, surrounded by wind, clouds, and mystery…

πŸ‘οΈβ€πŸ—¨οΈ Iconic design – The building resembles a flying saucer, but was actually designed by Bulgarian architects as a β€œtemple for the people.” Inside were mosaics, symbols, a grand hall – today, only haunting remnants remain.

⛰️ Epic location – Situated at the top of Buzludzha Peak (1,432 m), the monument offers panoramic views of the Balkan Mountains. The drive up is part of the adventure.

πŸ“Έ A dream for photographers – Whether you’re into abandoned places, brutalist architecture, or surreal landscapes, Buzludzha is a visual feast. Even from the outside, the monument is mind-blowing.

🚧 Important note – While the interior was once accessible (often illegally), entrance is now officially prohibited due to safety concerns. The good news? Restoration efforts are underway, and the monument may eventually reopen to the public in the future.

πŸ—ΊοΈ How to get there:
Best reached by car or guided trip from Veliko Tarnovo, Kazanlak, or Shipka. The last stretch is a winding mountain road with stunning views.

🏞️ MELNIK – The Smallest Town in Bulgaria with the Biggest Taste!🍷

Love wine, history, and breathtaking views? Then Melnik needs to be on your Bulgaria bucket list.
With only around 200 residents, it’s the smallest town in the country – but don’t let that fool you. This little place packs a serious punch when it comes to charm and experiences.

πŸ”Ή What makes Melnik so special?

πŸ‡ A Wine Lover’s Paradise – Surrounded by vineyards, Melnik is home to the rare local grape β€œShiroka Melnishka Loza” – you won’t find it anywhere else! Wine tastings in stone-carved cellars? Yes, please.

🏰 Historic Houses & Monasteries – Explore preserved traditional Balkan architecture, the ruins of the Despot's fortress above the town, and nearby monasteries like the beautiful Rozhen Monastery just a short drive away.

⛰️ Sandstone Pyramids – Surreal rock formations surrounding the town create a lunar-like landscape. Hike to the fortress for postcard-perfect views.

πŸ₯‚ Tavern Life – Local food hits different here. Think grilled meats, cheeses, rustic dishes, live music – and of course, lots of wine.

πŸ“ Extra tips:

- Take a short trip to Rozhen Monastery for mountain views and spiritual peace

- Visit the quirky Wine Museum – yes, it’s real

- Stay the night and walk around town in the evening – quiet streets, glowing lights, and vineyards swaying in the breeze. Pure magic.

πŸ—ΊοΈ Melnik is perfect for a day trip from Bansko or Sandanski – or stay overnight to really soak it all in.
