FOOD!
Today, we're exploring the food side of San Ignacio, Cayo from local flavors and favorite dishes to some of the places that make the Cayo foodie experience worth discovering.
I'll be highlighting one of my favorite places I've visited, sharing a little about the spot and some of the food you can find there, but I don't want this to be only about my recommendation.
I want to hear from you as well and be interactive in the comment section.
My fav spot I want to highlight today is Ko-Ox Han Nah (Let's go eat). Located in 5 Burns Avenue, downtown San Ignacio, Cayo. The restaurant is famous for its hospitality and has a relaxed atmosphere, making it a great spot for both locals and tourists.
The menu features a variety of dishes, including lamb dishes, Shrimp Curry, and big yogurt shakes. My favorite from there is the shrimp curry, served with white coconut rice.
I want to hear from you as well, share your favorite spots and recommendations in San Ignacio, Cayo. Let's see that foodie trend in comments. Whether it's a well-known restaurant, a small local spot, a hidden gem, or somewhere you've been going for years don't be shy!
