🚨 HUGE news for pre-construction buyers! 📉
If you’ve been on the fence about buying a pre-construction home because you’re worried about the market shifting before your closing date... one of Canada's biggest developers just made a massive move.
Mattamy Homes has officially rolled out a temporary "Price Protection Program"! 🏠
Here is the breakdown of how it works:
✅ If you buy an eligible pre-con home and the base price drops before you close, Mattamy will refund you the difference!
✅ The final price check is calculated 30 days before your closing date.
✅ It’s an "apples to apples" comparison based strictly on the base model (upgrades and lot premiums aren't included).
✅ This runs until March 8th for select communities across Ontario (including Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, and Markham).
Programs like this are a HUGE signal that developers are highly motivated to give buyers total confidence in the market right now.
