This weekend I reflect on all the rewards and also the hard work it is being a mamma.

Each of my children's BIRTH days were the happiest days of my life. I just fell in love with them. Being a mamma is one of the most important and difficult things you will ever do. No mamma is perfect. Acceptance and forgiveness might be necessary to have a relationship with your mom but no one is perfect anyway. I think we mostly do our best.

I remember days where I thought "I can't wait til their old enough to do this or that on their own" and then the years flew by and only a photograph of that day made me think "what I wouldn't give to go back and have that afternoon again."

We want to treat a lucky mamma to a special gift from Teasedales Apothecary because when you leave there you always smell terrific and who doesn't love the word "APOTHECARY" ?? Sunday we will pick a winner for this beautiful, locally made dried flower wreath, a box of delicious tea, a vanilla shower warmer and a candle that smells like the woods.
