One thing I’ve noticed about progress is that you rarely feel it when’s it happening.

Most of the time it feels repetitive.

You show up.
You do the same things.
You make small adjustments.
You leave wondering if any of it is actually making a difference.

Then one day you look back and realize you’re operating at a level that once felt impossible.

The biggest changes usually don’t come from a single breakthrough moment.

They come from doing the boring things consistently for longer than most people are willing to.

That’s where progress happens.

Toronto real estate in the 90s was a different world…

$30K homes. $1,250 rent.
And the Bridle Path… had mobile homes 🤯

This was right after the early 1990s Canadian real estate crash when prices dropped, and sales slowed.

Also… none of this was nicely digitized like today. I had to DIG for these sales 🕵🏽‍♀️

Makes you wonder what we’ll be saying about today in 20 years 👀

The gap between listed and worth it is wide right now.

More inventory has created noise, not necessarily value, in my opinion.

Right now, the real advantage is knowing what’s actually worth it… and what’s not.

I’m not talented.
I’m just extremely stubborn 😂

I’ll think about how much I hate it for a second.

And then I do it anyway.

This sport doesn’t get easier.
You just develop a higher tolerance for discomfort.

Life’s the same.
Business is the same.
Relationships are the same.

It never really gets easier.
You just get stronger.

Get comfortable being uncomfortable.
That’s the whole secret.
