Toronto real estate in the 90s was a different world…

$30K homes. $1,250 rent.
And the Bridle Path… had mobile homes 🤯

This was right after the early 1990s Canadian real estate crash when prices dropped, and sales slowed.

Also… none of this was nicely digitized like today. I had to DIG for these sales 🕵🏽‍♀️

Makes you wonder what we’ll be saying about today in 20 years 👀

The gap between listed and worth it is wide right now.

More inventory has created noise, not necessarily value, in my opinion.

Right now, the real advantage is knowing what’s actually worth it… and what’s not.
