The process of building a house from close up!
After literally two years, we finally got the permit from the city of Dorval to build on the land next door 🤦🏻‍♀️🥳 and we are so excited; not just because we can finally build, but also cuz it’s next door and we can watch the process step by step and man, oh man, it’s so entertaining 😁 as a realtor, it’s not my first time being involved in a new construction process but this is next level 😉

When Saturdays feel like Saturdays 😁😏

It’s days like this that I really feel how blessed I am: to be able to chill in the backyard having my watermelon slushie in peace in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of and to be able to take a moment to appreciate the sunshine and sip on a drink that literally 😋 the only thing I worry about at this moment is the brain freeze after a big sip! 😝 Other worries can wait for now 😌

I knew she was good at monkey bars but yesterday she really surprised me with this one 😏😌 she is really persistent but only when she feels like it! 🤣

Yesterday one of the moms told me “you’re lucky you set your own schedule” and I replied “that’s a myth; I’m busy all the time” but right after I said that I thought to myself ‘yes maybe real estate has me work late nights and weekends but then it also lets me take my daughter to the playground or the pool in the middle of the day’ so I guess that’s a win 😅

I am grateful for these precious moments that I’m able to spend with 🥰

Thursday tip for today: results and lessons 😏 every process, every projects makes you grow as a person so it’s never a waste of time regardless of the end result. That’s how I see it. What do you think?
